Nord-Sud, Pinot Noir 2024 Domaine Adrien Defaix and rich lemon zest allHarvested from two organically farmed sites in the Piccadilly Valley, this understated and delicate Pinot Noir has a beautiful nose of wild strawberries and flowers. Light to medium bodied, the palate is well balanced, with pretty fruit, ethereal tannins, delicate herbal notes and an underlying minerality.
