Decoy Rose California, 2020 Size:750ml first and second fill -Decoy Ros was inspired by the great Ross of Provence. Unlike many Ross, which are made as a byproduct of bleeding off juice from red wine fermentation, the grapes for this wine were specifically harvested at lower Brix to make a dry Ros. To further preserve the wines beautiful aromatics, pure fruit flavors and crisp refreshing mouthfeel, it was fermented entirely in stainless steel. This tantalizing Ros beckons with enticing aromas of fresh nectarine,
