Mariposa - Big Silk - Babette book Fiberworld 2020Mariposa is a soft neutral gray speckled with purple and blue. This yarn is speckled: it has a tonal colored background shade peppered with small dark specks and spots of dye. Each skein is different in terms of speckle distribution and placement. We will do our best to choose multiple skeins that coordinate well. This colorway is a Babette: every skein and every batch is a bit different, but Babs has a method of recreating these artistic colorways.
