SF CITY SERIES Black Corduroy - Snapback OtherGregg & I have spoke for years about creating an Ampal "City Series" our take on a sporting classic, that has evolved into an iconic piece of headwear. For the first edition we had to choose a timeless 14 wale Corduroy think 60s athletics Ivy League prep, not chunky disco cord. We paired it w our beloved felt letter appliqus & an olive herringbone twill underbrim & front lining to complete the look. Made in Los Angeles, CA. USA

Corduroy was a more premium yet common hat fabric in the period & the embroidered felt patch looks like it could have come off the chest of a vtg

but knew it would be worth it on the right hat
