A highly perfumed bouquet evokes fresh black and blue fruits

cherry and licorice aromas complicated by cooler notes of tobacco leaf

both of which can be found on the equally pure and almost painfully intense flavors that possess excellent power and pin point detail

Camille Giroud, Corton Renardes Vintage:2021 crème brûlée and marzipanA brooding and slightly grumpy nose grudgingly reveals its aromas of various dark berries, violet and plenty of sauvage and warm earth scents. The succulent yet powerful larger scaled flavors are not remarkably dense though they dont lack for punch on the vaguely sweet finish. This is perfectly good but not what I would call classic.
