Mount Mary, Triolet Vintage:2023 40 ha parcel of vinesThe 2021 Triolet, a Bordeaux blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Smillon and Muscadelle, is young and tightly formed, with subtle references to Pouilly Fum. It offers preserved layers of guava and hay with delicate touches of passionfruit, well integrated with gentle, high quality oak. There's good power and volume of fruit, although it's super young to start and tightens up even further. Chalky acidity drives the finish. The pedigree is excellent here, and I
